Malina Joshi was crowned the Miss Nepal 2011 on Tuesday.
Malina Joshi was crowned Miss Nepal title amongst 19 contestants in grand finale. Malina is 23 years old.  Anupama Gurung, 22, was crowned the first runner up and Sarina Maskey, 24 became the second runner up.

Manisha Bista was crowned the third runner up, Neha Poudel the fourth.

Sadichha Shrestha was crowned the Miss Nepal 2010 last year.

Miss Nepal, Malina Joshi who is from Sunsari district of Nepal, has studied MBA in marketing. She is like to work in Advertizing. 
She likes to dance, watch cricket and loves to eat Rajma and Rice. She says she is persistent and determined about what she wants from life. She was among the top five finalists in Miss Angel 2010 contest and won the Miss Intellect title award. She believes her major strength is not to stop trying.

 And she always feels that she could do better and reach greater heights in life. She participated in Miss Nepal Pageant to achieve her those goals which she has set. She wants to make her a creative director in the advertising world.

5 aspirants out of the 10 contestants succeeded to the semi final. Those 5 were picked for the final rounds of Miss Nepal held at the Nepal Army Officers’ Club in the Capital Tuesday.
There were all together 19 contestants participated in the finale event.
